Educom Learning provides educational counselling, guidance, and support services for online and distance learning programs offered by third-party universities/institutions. We do not guarantee admissions, results, or placements.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Payment made for a service that was not delivered
• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Cancellation request raised within the eligible time period (if applicable)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after service has been initiated
• Admission confirmed in any university or institution
• Rejection by university/institution due to eligibility criteria
• Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
• Any third-party fees paid to universities or institutions

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

• Email us at info@educomlearning.in
• Mention full details: Name, registered mobile number, payment proof, and reason for refund
• Submit the request within 7 days of payment (unless otherwise specified)

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method

7. Service Cancellation

Educom Learning reserves the right to cancel services in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of Terms & Conditions. In such cases, refunds will be decided at the sole discretion of the company.

• We are not responsible for decisions made by universities/institutions
• Users are advised to verify all course details independently before making payments
